Sugoi Mart Wholesale FAQs

1. What is the minimum order amount?

Our wholesale minimum order is $250 USD. This allows us to offer competitive pricing and fast fulfillment from our U.S. warehouse.

2. How do I create a wholesale account?

Click “Create Account” on our wholesale site and submit your business details. Approvals typically take 1–2 business days, after which you'll gain full access to pricing and ordering.

3. How do I place an order?

Once your account is approved, simply log in, browse the catalog, add items to your cart, and check out. You’ll see all wholesale pricing and MOQs after logging in.

4. Do you have MOQs per SKU?

Yes. Each product has a low minimum order quantity, shown on its product page. This helps retailers test new flavors and seasonal items without overcommitting.

5. Are your products authentic and sourced directly from Asia?

100% yes — all items are sourced directly from Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, China, and other trusted partners in Asia. We never sell replicas or grey-market goods.

6. How long does shipping take, and what do your product availability tags mean?

All Ready to Ship inventory is fulfilled directly from our U.S. warehouse in New Jersey, with delivery typically in 2–7 business days depending on location.

Items not in U.S. stock are sourced from our partners in Japan and across Asia. These inbound items may carry a lead time of up to 105 days, depending on production schedules and freight timelines.

To help you plan your ordering, each product on our site includes one of the following availability tags:

Product Availability Tags Explained

Ready to Ship: Items currently in stock at our New Jersey warehouse and available for immediate shipment.

Made to Order: Products that are produced or procured after you place an order. These carry longer lead times (up to 105 days) before arriving in the U.S.

Order Ahead: Inventory expected to arrive in our U.S. warehouse soon.
You can reserve units now to secure allocation before they arrive.

Rolling Availability: High-demand products that are restocked regularly but not currently in stock. Ideal for recurring shelf items. Expect standard inbound lead times.

Limited Allocation: Items available in very limited quantities. Once sold out, they cannot be restocked. Best for seasonal displays or special promotions.

On Discount: Items offered at discounted pricing. These are first-come, first-served and move quickly.

7. Do you offer preorders for seasonal or limited-edition items?

Yes. Retailers can preorder exclusive snacks, seasonal crates, and other limited flavors before they launch. Preorder windows are announced via email.

8. What is your policy for damaged or missing items?

We don’t accept returns on food items, but if anything arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, our support team will quickly arrange replacements or credits under our Happiness Guarantee.
